5 stars partly based on a great product but first and foremost the customer service. Had a faulty sensor on my toolbox alarm. after a brief troubleshoot with a gentleman over the phone, I was sent a replacement express post which arrived extremely fast. Will be installing these on all crew vehicles in the future.Thank you

Great range, good prices, knowledgeable staff. I respect the type of staff where they not only know what a component is, but what it does.I test my components religiously, and although online stores might be cheaper I have found various online retailer basic packs - resistors, caps, and transistors - to be very hit and miss. I'm yet to get a dud from a brick and mortar store.

Really good customer service. Prices on some items may need to be more competitive, but a few bargains to be had also.

Great disappointment when seeking advise regarding an earlier product, a remote control that no longer works. It is most urgent to know if it is possible to restore it, or create and program a replacement.I have received NO response to my repeated emails.A three step final attempt to get information was very successful.A Dynamco officer in Western Australia contacted a company in Southern California and me by email in about a day and a half subsequent to the second step. When I telephoned the company owner, he was most helpful in explaining how the restoration was done that it was very straight forward with the proper analytical instrumentation and experience, both he possessed was, and he was very accommodating regarding making an appointment to accomplish it. Had this happened initially, Dynamco would have received five stars and high praise.

Great business to deal with, ordered a fridge seal on a Sunday and arrived in qld by Thursday. Great quality and price.

Excellent range of goods with knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have used the store a lot.BUT several times I have taken items that have developed a fault back for replacement while still under warranty and been refused.For example I bought a gas soldering iron, costing $165, in August. In May it stopped working. I took it back and the person serving agreed it was faulty - but his manager would not allow him to give me a replacement.CAUTION: This store cannot be relied on to honor warranties.UPDATE 5 days laterI attempted to file a complaint on their website but the 'submit' button didn't do anything. So took a screenshot and sent it snail mail.A few days later somebody called me and claimed there had been a 'misunderstanding'.He said the manager of the Cannington store had been replaced (again). No apology, no offer of a refund. I hung up.DISGRACEFULUpdate 8 JuneThe owner responded today to say my review was unfair and untrue. He said I WAS offered a refund. I WAS NOT. He had previously called me to say there was a 'misunderstanding' and rambled on . . . My BS alarm went off loudly so I hung up.Points:1 I have an account with Altronics and have spent a moderate amount over the years at this store.2 The range of stock is excellent.3 The staff are first-class, knowledgable and helpful - but I note a high turnover of both staff and managers.4 This is not the first time I have had justifiable refunds refused by managers at this store.5. I do not like the implications on my honesty on this issue.6. Altronics is losing a loyal customer.

First time customer after seeing online that quality speaker cable was considerably cheaper than Jaycar.Steve and Brendan were very helpful and should be commended for their excellent customer service.
